More Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this recent image drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.

Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
